This experience is available Monday - Friday throughout the year at the four Champneys UK health resorts - Tring, Forest Mere, Henlow Grange and Springs.Please NoteYou may book additional treatments directly with the spa once you have booked your date. You will be required to abide by the conditions of the spa on arrival. No children are permitted (except bumps of course!). Please note that this experience is not suitable for women who are less than 12 weeks pregnant.ProgrammeArrival 9.30am is followed by a welcome and introductory tour of the facilities accompanied by a complementary refreshing juice drink.
